Damages and Issues
Upon delivery, inspect your package immediately. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us at plushico@gmail.com without delay. After verification, we will offer a free replacement or equivalent compensation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because every sale is final, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
Although EU regulations typically allow a 14-day withdrawal period, our final-sale policy applies universally. We do, however, honour defect- and error-related resolutions for EU customers as detailed above.
