Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for digital downloads once the purchase has been completed.

Please note that all pattern listings are for DIGITAL CROCHET PATTERNS ONLY and not finished products.

If you experience any issues with your download or have questions about a pattern, please contact me. I am always happy to help and will do my best to resolve any problems.

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, slight variations in size, shape, and color are normal and are not considered defects.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
